Local ales, ciders & fizzy ones

The Rising will be working with several small micro-breweries to craft a delicious ale and cider menu. Our bar will be selling our ales at sensible pricing and delivered to you by a small operator who has passion in running bars and serving quality drink.

If you prefer fizzy lagers and ciders, don’t worry we will have you covered.

We are after a handful of traders to our small market bazaar , that focusses on quality products and craftmanship that will prove an attraction to the Rising. We cannot wait to work with you.

Great food

The Rising is focusing on food vendors that only source locally produced produce from within 50 miles of Kibblestone.

We want a handful of different vendors selling great food sold at sensible pricing and are wanting to team up with new concessions who can promise this and in return our fees to you will be sensible.
