2024 Ticket terms and conditions

  1. The right of admission is reserved.
  2. Search is an condition of entry.
  3. All vehicles parked on site are at the owners risk.
  4. All festival goers, Volunteers and staff enter the site at their own risk and should ensure their own and other persons safety at all times.
  5. You must cooperate with the challenge 25 alcohol purchasing policy.
  6. The Rising reserve the right to alter or in the event of adverse weather conditions to curtail or cancel any performance.
  7. Ticket to be exchanged for Wristband on entry.
  8. Wristbands to be worn at all times.
  9. No Animals are permitted on any part of the festival site unless it’s for a disability.
  10. The Rising reserve the right to withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme if necessary.
  11. Gates open to the car park at  2pm Thursday 4th, 9am Friday 5th , 9am Saturday 6th, and for egress only on 9am Sunday 7th July 2024.
  12. Gates close for entry/re-entry strictly at 8pm daily.  
  13. All campers and live in vehicles are to be off site by 11am on Sunday 7th July 2024.
  14. Festival-goers should be aware that the Rising takes place in an outdoor, rural location. There are some roads and pathways on site but the landscape can be difficult to traverse, especially in adverse weather.
  15. It is the responsibility of all persons on site to be prepared and wear clothes/foot wear appropriate for ground conditions and to move around the site with caution.
  16. All those age 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21+,  Children must be at the age of the ticket and proof of date of birth might be requested upon entry.
  17. Strictly no fireworks, flares, smoke bombs, open fires or disposable aluminium BBQs on site.
  18. Strictly no glass bottles or drinking glasses will be allowed into the arena.
  19. The use any kind of drone is strictly prohibited at this event.
  20. Anyone that is caught with a controlled substance and/or “legal highs” will be evicted from the site and reported to the Police.
